Jason Jordan joined Biz Growers in early 2011. As Chief of Business Development, Mr. Jordan is not only responsible for the growth of Bizgrowers.com but is also the driving force behind the growth and development of our clients businesses.
Justin knew that Jason was the guy that he had to have on his team. His passion and drive truly show in everything he does, not only for Bizgrowers.com but also the clients we serve.
Jason has spent the last 11 years acquiring new clients for small, medium and large companies including a Fortune 500 bank and a leading direct mail advertising firm.
He has even shown the ability to do this for his own business. In 2005, he started the American Swim School in Heidelberg, Germany serving military families stationed overseas. Within a few short months, he had built this start-up business to include over 85 swimmers in his program.
Mr. Jordan has also worked internationally as a consultant to one of the world’s largest oil companies in Saudi Arabia. During a 5 week period in 2007, he successfully helped pilot a management and leadership workshop to 500 participants. The workshop has become a permanent and vital part of the oil company’s leadership training platform.
Jason is a successful entrepreneur who is more passionate and enthusiastic about his client’s success than his own. This was exemplified in 2008 when he led his direct sales team of distributors to acquire over $26,000 in monthly sales volume within 10 months. This was exceptional, and caught the attention of the direct sales company’s CEO when he realized that Jason’s team did 90% of this business increase via the Internet.
Mr. Jordan received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota – Grand Forks (UND) where he studied Marketing and History. His strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team work made him a stand out athlete for UND where he earned All-American (Honorable Mention) and Most Improved Swimmer honors in 1998.
